Last Friday, Sep 15th, Luis Lopez de Mesa School became a centre of recycling and creativity. By following the Houses Anniversary Activity (Camelot Castle, Dragons, Excalibur, Knights, Sherwood Forest and Templars); every house presented their projects in order to get the most points. However, the points were not the objective of the agenda because the recycling awareness was the most important. The students from 1st to 11th grade contributed with their part to save our planet. We had two special guests who were the judges of the event: Mr James Cowin, from the USA and Father Leostene Saintilbert from Haiti. They listened to all the participants and enjoyed each one of their presentations and projects. From toys to machines, all of them presented recycling projects in order to raise awareness in all participants of the event. Congratulations to all for setting one of the best event so far when talking about recycling!
